The techs were prompt, professional, and skilled at their work. They were really good at answering my questions about the job. The results were terrific. It was a little difficult to schedule them, but I’ve dealt with much worse.

Called Tree Tech to have a tree looked at that seemed to be developing issues.

A person actually answered the phone and spoke with me and scheduled an appointment within the next couple of days.

I got an email confirming the appointment.

The arborist showed up right on time for the appointment and explained to me that what I was seeing was normal for the type of tree and the recent weather conditions and said there really wasn’t anything to be done at the moment.

There was no charge and I was happy to hear that the tree wasn’t in a dire situation.

Overall was very happy with their professionalism in terms of taking my call, scheduling the appointment, communicating about the appointment, and the arborist’s punctuality and expert advice.

Will call them again if I see anything else that looks questionable to me.

Mike came out to my property in Greater Boston and gave me a very competitive quote, on the spot, for having several trees taken down. We booked the job. The Tree Tech crew arrived on time and were absolute pros from start to finish!

The crew was polite, punctual, and professional. Removed a huge dead maple between multiple overhead lines. Very happy with their service.

We had a 80 ft tree break at it’s base during a storm. The tree was leaning over the easement which leads to several homes beyond ours, with it’s top resting on the top of another tree. The neighbors were nervous and didn’t want to drive under it. Tree Tech came out immediately, gave us a very good assessment, and were on the job within a day. They had a crew of 5, so it was done in an hour. They were highly professional, did not charge a lot, and left the area spotless. They stayed in touch with us before, during and after to make sure we were satisfied. They are fabulous.

I called three tree company and tree tech gave me the best price. They took down two huge pine tree and did a awesome job. they didn’t even make a mess out of my lawn . This company is great

We’ve used This company twice – once about a year ago and again the other day. The first job was to remove 12 large trees in our yard and to grind the stumps. The second was to remove two additional dead trees. The first job was about $4000 and the second $300. The company was excellent – highly responsive and quick to visit and provide estimates and to schedule the work. The team did an excellent job removing the trees and cleaning all debris perfectly. Dan Hale was a pleasure to work with – very professional and helpful every step of the way. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are scheduled to have the tree removed. They got the quote to us within the next day or so. They were very professional. They came out in a timely fashion. I made contact with the switchboard and got responses from two of their technicians. I felt like they were quick to respond and wanted to make sure that the customer heard back from them. I had a very positive experience. They’ve looked at some other trees on the property and talked a little bit about what would be helpful for another very large tree that we have in our yard. I appreciated that.

My neighbor, whose driveway and property were made available so your equipment could access my yard, was also very pleased.

Tree Tech was great! They did exactly what I asked them to do and they left our yard looking better then when they started (they cleaned up all the debris AND they cleaned our gutters). We worked with Dan and two other guys. Dan could not have been nicer and more responsive to my requests. I didn’t get any other quotes, so I can’t compare the valye, but it seemed fair. I would hire these guys again, for sure!

Very, very good service. I called to set up an appointment and received a call back within 15 minutes. A time that was convenient for me was set up for the technician to come look at the property, just a few days later. The technician was running a little behind (less than an hour) but explained and apologized, then when right to work doing the estimate. Technician listened to me and did not pressure me to do anything else I didn’t need. The estimate was very fair. Given the easy nature of the work, I did not need to be present when the trimming occurred, which was very helpful given my work scheduled. The technician told me they would be out in about 2 weeks and it it was actually a little less than that. The worker arrived before I left for work that morning (8am) and everything was done and cleaned up before I arrived home. Very, very happy with the service, would use again, and would recommend to others.

I have been doing business with Tree Tech for 25 years. Most recently, TT pruned out 3 overgrown fruit trees (apple, pear, and peach). I needed someone who had the knowledge to prune the trees properly so that they would produce better fruit (fewer, larger). In addition, they pruned branches from several large Oak trees that were shading my vegetable garden. I also asked them to grind up an area of my yard that was overgrown with brambles, vines, and small trees. They used a brush hog and completely eliminated all of this brush. Over the past 25 years, TT has been to my house 6 times and I have always been very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Tree Tech!

I called 3 companies and tree tech was the first to call back and then schedule the earliest time for an estimate.Paul arrived exactly in time and gave (as it appeared later) the best price.I was unable to come during the day to see them working, but when I came after work that day – everything was the same except 2 big branches of a very tall tree on my backyard. I’m very pleased with their job and will call them again if needed.

If you want smooth sailing, headache free and confident staff; you’ll come here to Tree Tech Inc. If you don’t come here to Tree Tech Inc. you’ll be grasping for a single strain of sanity as you watch a group of gypsies walking all over your award winning roses as they drag logs and brush through your “once beautiful” front lawn; cause you didn’t want to spend what you should have on the job and went with the local “Tree guys” that told you what you wanted to hear! Hope you have homeowners insurance, you’ll need it when you watch Ole Jimmy kick his ladder out from under himself trying to rig out wood, falling a good 30 feet, hitting the ground hard without even a hard hat on! You shouldn’t worry though, he’s glad it happened! Now he can collect while waiting for your lawyers to come to a number that best suits Ole Jimmy’s lifestyle… All for what? Because you wanted to save a couple bucks? You won’t be thinking that when they fell a log onto your home! Do the right thing, next time.. call Tree Tech Inc.

Great service and job well done. Arrived as scheduled, completed work and left site as clean as when they arrived.

I have for used Tree Tech for over twenty years for large tree removal and tree trimming. They continue to be moderately priced, immaculate in the removal and cleanup, and every worker is pleasant and polite. The office workers are accommodating, Kevin offers great insight when giving an estimate, and the workers are all such gentlemen. I have recommended Tree Tech to both family and friends and they have all been highly satisfied with the finished product. I’m so happy to be able to support a local business!

Tree Tech asked to use my driveway for a crane in Franklin Ma. So I let them and not only did they leave firewood for me but did some light trimming of branches around the shed. Very polite and thankful. They were even kind enough to move my barrels as it was trash day. Would recommend 👍 Thanks Guys!
