Tree Tech Participates in Massachusetts Arbor Day of Service
Last spring more than 200 Massachusetts Arborist Association members took part in a new volunteer program called Arbor Day of Service. Forty five communities across Massachusetts received an estimated $325,000 in professional arboriculture services from MAA members. Projects included tree planting, ornamental pruning and hazard tree removal at sites including town parks, elementary schools, community libraries, and playgrounds across the state. An estimated 2,200 volunteer hours were recorded that day.
In 2011, Tree Tech Inc. and its staff of certified arborists donated thousands of dollars in tree services to the Habitat for Humanity project in Norton MM. This year’s Arbor Day of Service will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 and Tree Tech will once again be donating its arborist services – this time to the Foxboro Common – one of the last and nicest traditional commons in New England. The Tree Tech staff will also participate in the city of Boston’s Arbor Day Celebration by providing tree planting and tree trimming services to the local community.

Tree Tech Inc. Earns Coveted Angie's List Super Service Award For Third Consecutive Year
Tree Tech Inc., a leading provider of commercial and residential tree services throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, has been awarded the prestigious 2011 Angie’s List Super Service Award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately 5 percent of all the businesses rated on the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service and health providers.
This is the company’s third consecutive year of winning the prestigious award. “This award is the result of some 25 plus years of serving the community. It goes to show that hard work and quality customer service do pay off,” stated Tree Tech’s President Andy Felix.
“Only a fraction of the businesses rated on Angie’s List can claim the sterling service record of being a Super Service Award winner because we set a high bar,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “The fact that Tree Tech Inc. can claim Super Service Award status speaks volumes about its dedication to consumers.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award winners have met strict eligibility requirements including earning a minimum number of reports, an exemplary rating from their clients and abiding by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List, but members can find the 2011 Super Service Award logo next to business names in search results on AngiesList.com. Angie’s List collects consumer reviews on local contractors and doctors in more than 500 service categories.
